We, at The Good Room, believe in utmost customer satisfaction and smooth experience. As a policy, we do not offer exchanges or returns on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
A product is eligible for return only under following circumstances:
Any product that has been tampered or damaged during transportation MUST be notified by email to our Customer Care Team at contact@thegoodroom.in within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to us within a strict time period of 7 days. The Good Room will not be liable to accept the product otherwise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 5-7 working days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thegoodroom.in.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
COLOUR VARIATION
As our products are hand printed and the colours are hand-mixed, there may be slight variations which are characteristic of the craft and technique. These are not termed as manufacturing defects therefore slight colour variations are not considered as defects or rejects. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Good Room, cancellation requests will only be accepted within the stipulated time of 24 hours. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Care Team at contact@thegoodroom.in
